Criag Lowndes has ended a good weekend for TeamVodafone on the podium in 3rd. Lowndes started the weekend from 9th on the grid, ended Race 1 in 6th, and Races 2 and 3 in 2nd. Both Races 2 and 3 were also a TeamVodafone 1-2 finish. Teammate Jamie Whincup won the round. [ TeamVodafone News Report ]

I'm sure everyone has heard the news of FORD pulling out funding for T8RE (and DJR). Whatever happens, if Lowndes follows 888 back to Holden [ link ], or maybe even to Toyota (if they join the V8s), or somehow forced by FORD to drive for SBR or FPR, i will still be a Craig Lowndes fan. Always have. Always will.

Craig Lowndes had ended Race 1 in 3rd position after starting from 9th on the grid. TeamVodafone teammate Jamie Whincup won the race. Channel 7, after fighting off very hard to get the V8 rights from Channel 10, will be showing the race here in Perth at 4:30pm. Thank You Channel 7, for every round, without fail, you somehow make me lose more and more interest in the V8s.
